As the sun was setting over False Bay the lucky few that were privileged enough to be part of the event witnessed a moment worthy of being called great.

The song of men from the hill made a call over Khayelitsha.

The call was one to the souls of other men

It was a call demanding respect and attention.

"You are valuable."
"Your children are valuable"
"Your partners are valuable"

Join us in providing care.

We are real men, and we care.

KNOT YOUR AVERAGE WORKSHOP!

Our Men as Partners workshops with the guys in Ubuntu Bamadoda have begun. This week we started working with the guys from Khayelitsha United Mambazo. Unfortunately there were a few glitches with the scheduling, but the reports from the facilitators are great.

Pati and Mhla both feel that the members of this group are highly geared to make a success of the Men As Partners (MAP) process.

When the participants complete their workshops we form Community Action Teams. This is the bit I always get excited about.

Getting active on a community level in Khayelitsha.

We'll be reporting on the activities soon so watch this space!
